Popsicles!!!

 

Mason loves popsicles!  I usually cut one in half and give it to him, and then end up giving him the other half because he cried when the first half in gone!  These are perfect for this teething baby!

After eating the popsicle I decided to clean his high chair.  I always said I wasn't going to be one of those moms who when you took the hi chair pad off it there was leftover food there........

well, I am one of those Moms!!!!!!!

GROSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mason's First Hair Cut

 

Mason's hair was getting a little long in the back, starting to curl!  The other day when we were out for supper, someone called him a girl.  Adam said it was time to cut his hair.  So tonight we sat him in the bumbo chair in the bathroom and buzzed off his curls!

 Daddy's barber shop is now open!

 We gave him a cup to keep him entertained while we cut his hair.

Texas trip 2012 (picture overload)

And we are off!!!  We left MO on Sat June 30th and came home Sunday July 8th. 

 Mason was a great traveler!  

 Made it to TX!!!

 First thing we did was jump in the pool!

 Mason learned to pull up to his feet on these stairs(he had been pulling to his knees but stopping there)

Mason is big into clapping right now.  We play a lot of patty cake, and cheering for things!

Mason sat and rolled this tire for a good 15-20 min!  Almost as good as the empty cardboard box fun!

9 months!

Ok i promise interesting things happened in a month, but I guess we have been so busy, I forgot to post.  But here is our 9month post!

 

I did get a few good pictures after LOTS of not so good ones.....

 

We took a few pictures inside this day because it was too hot outside!  Mason is getting harder and harder to take pictures of.  He is off looking in other directions,

 or on his knees rocking back and forth,

 or turning in circles on his bottom to do ANYthing but look at mommy!

 Still has those BEAUTIFUL eye lashes!

 to say the least he was DONE taking pictures!

 9 month collage!

 Growing like a WEED!

Such a happy boy!  You are 9 months and changing every day!  You weigh 19lbs 4 oz last time we weighed you (but it was at a dr appt after you hadn't had much of an appetite and you had lost 6oz).  You are SOOOOOO close to crawling.  You can get up on your hands and knees and you move your hands forward but haven't gotten the hang of moving your knees too. But you get where you want to go.  You scoot on your bottom by turning in circles.  You also still scoot backwards and find yourself in quite the predicament often, under the couch and end tables are your favorite.  You are eating more and more table food, and drinking less and less bottles, mommy isn't ready for you to give them up just yet.
