Aunt Erin brought the boys all antlers....so we attempted a group pic......probably 20 flashes went off....this is the only good one I got!Here is another attempt at a group picture.....with these boys you NEVER know what you are going to get.

2 months!

2 months old- November 13, 2011

YOu are getting SO BIG! Thats what daddy says everyday and its so true. At 2 months you weigh 10lbs 2 oz and are 21 1/2 inches long. You are in the 25th percentile for weight and 3rd percentile for height...probably won't be playing much basketball, unless you've got moves like Muggsy Bogues. You love to "talk" now. And laugh, you think people are pretty funny, I only wish I knew what you were really thinking when you laugh at us!!!! You like to play peek-a-boo, and you like to read books. You're favorite is a peek-a-boo farm book right now, Of course! You tolerate tummy time for very SHORT periods, though we are working on this. You do have very good head control though when sitting up. You like the bumbo seat too, once again for short periods of time :)

My how you have grown!!!!!

Two month Check-Up/ SHOTS!!!!!

We went for our 2 month check up today! The little guy is doing perfect Dr says. He is a little guy though, only in the 3rd percentile for height!!! Guess he got the Marshall (my mother's grandmother) genes! Adam and I were talking the day before about how tall Mason would be and he raised him up almost as tall as he is and said "I'm guessing this tall" I laughed and said "I think he has my genes on height." I was right this time!!!!
Mason had to get 3 shots this time. Daddy held his legs, another nurse held his arms, and a nurse and the dr gave him the shots, I turned my back and let my eyes water. the poor baby screamed like I have never heard him scream before! Daddy picked him up and snuggled with him. He did good that night, a little fussy in the evening but slept ok throughout the night.

Aw..Finally

FINALLY......Mason is sleeping in his own bed (cradle).....I ate my words and Mason slept with us for the first 7 weeks. Knowing that at daycare he can't sleep with anyone, I knew it was time to get him to sleep in his own bed. We tried Halloween night to get him to sleep in his bed in his room, I let him cry for almost 30 min going in there a coupe of times to put the pacifier back in his mouth and letting him know that he was ok. After 30 min I couldn't take it anymore, I picked him up and put him in bed with us and within 2 min he was asleep. So the next night I put him in his cradle in the living room and he slept there all night, only waking up once about 12 to eat and back asleep until 6!!! He now has done this for 6nights in a row!!!!! YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And he has continued to go to bed about 930-10 sleeping until about 1:00 eating and going right back to bed until 6:00! Its been so nice to get good sleep!

He does during the day really like to cuddle with this monkey. And he does sleep on this pillow as he doesn't like to sleep flat yet. I figured one step at a time.

Mason wore jeans for the first time, and he looked SOOO big! i can't believe how big he is getting.
